At some point a while back I got an urge and made icons from every appearance of kid Bruce that I could remember, including that issue of The Batman Strikes! where he was briefly deaged. And then today I added on icons from kid Bruce's appearance in The Batman Vs. Dracula, although I had to a bunch of editing to the eyes since his pupils were, um, weird.
